How to Use This Calculator
This tool is intended for heroic raiders/M+ only players. It is assumed that you will follow an optimal gearing strategy, utilizing lower ranked crests when they are available. The calculations may not be accurate for players focused on lower content.
- Enter a Character Name & Class if you want to track multiple characters. Use Set all slots to: to quickly set a targeted item level. Use Save to store your character in this browser, and the Load dropdown to switch back to a saved character. Use Export/Import to save or reload your progress as a CSV file. Use Reset to reset all of the user inputs.
- Grand Total--Crests Needed shows how many Champ, Hero, and Myth Mistcrests you still need to fully upgrade every slot.
- In Crest Summary, enter the crests you have on hand (Available) and the crests you've already spent (Spent) for each track — tick the Discount box for any track where you've earned the 50% crest discount achievement. Use Cap Crests to Week # to auto-fill Available based on the weekly cap for that week, and toggle Uncapped Crests sources (like Azta'rec or Cracked Keystone) to add their one-time crest rewards on top.
- In Adjust Item Levels, drag each slot's slider to match that piece's current item level. Toggle 2H Weapon if you use a 2H weapon instead of separate Main Hand & Off Hand pieces.
- Use Upgrade Log to track crests spent by upgrading, crafting, or looting gear — each entry is deducted from that track's Available crests so you can't log more than you actually have.

Cap Crests to Week:Available = crests on hand ready to spend. Spent = crests already used toward upgrades. Unoptimized Spent = higher-track crests spent on a free overlap rank (e.g. Hero crests on Hero 1/6→2/6 instead of Champ crests) — these don't count toward real progress. The weekly cap only limits future earning.

Uncapped Crests
These sources award a one-time batch of crests that don't count against your weekly cap — not a recurring weekly bonus. Toggle the ones you've earned to credit them once toward your weeks-to-max estimate.

Upgrade Log
Log each upgrade or craft as you spend crests. The Spent totals in Crest Summary are recalculated from this log automatically, and each entry's cost is deducted from that track's Available crests — entries that would spend more than you have on hand are blocked.
